This role is ideal for an attorney with a robust background in corporate law, finance, and commercial real estate transactions who is eager to contribute to a collaborative and supportive legal team.Duties:Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate and finance transactions, including sales and purchases.Conduct thorough due diligence and prepare necessary documentation for various transactions.Advise clients on regulatory compliance and best practices related to business operations.Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to protect client interests.Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal support to clients in real estate and finance matters.Stay informed about developments in business and finance law to offer timely advice to clients.Participate in client meetings and maintain effective communication throughout transaction processes.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling corporate, finance, and commercial real estate transactions.Admission to both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars is required.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active membership in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations.Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client and colleague interaction.Excellent analytical abilities to assess complex legal issues and develop strategic solutions.Proficiency in negotiating and drafting various legal documents.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities.Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to producing high-quality work.Benefits:A friendly and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration.Comprehensive health insurance, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Generous paid time off and vacation policies to support work-life balance.Opportunities for professional development and growth within the firm.
