2. The Assistant Treasurer will manage credit and expenditure accounts for the company. He will include a section on liabilities in his quarterly financial reports for distribution to investors and company management. He is expected to devote 25% of his total work time to this task. 3. The Assistant Treasurer will direct financial operations by developing and managing internal controls to be implemented by the accounting department. The internal controls are aimed at reducing waste and the risk of misuse of funds. The beneficiary is expected to devote 20% of his time to this task. 4. The Assistant Treasurer will conduct financial and regulatory audits on a quarterly basis. The findings of the audits will be included in the quarterly financial reports. The audits, to be performed with the assistance of members of the accounting department, will examine and interpret accounting records for the purpose of advising the company's management on ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues, and improve profits. The Assistant Treasurer will also review and examine accounting receivables and payables like invoices/agreements/contracts to ensure better and faster collections for revenues and cut down costs by reducing unnecessary spending to improve profits. This task will take up around 15% of total work time. 5. The Assistant Treasurer will assist the Head of Finance to develop, analyze, and direct the annual budget proposal for Aibot as the company expands rapidly in its first months ofoperation. The Assistant Treasurer will set the company budget based on data-driven indicators, e.g. cash flow projections, to help the management make informed decisions. The budget proposal will also assess financial operations and provide best-practice recommendations and guidance concerning tax-saving strategies. The Assistant Treasurer will be expected to explain the budgeting and performance evaluation findings to the Board and VC investors.
