What's your day like? As a new Assistant Store Manager at Waxberg's in Niles, IL, you can expect a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing store operations, assisting customers, managing inventory, and leading a team of sales associates. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. This position works 40+ hours per week, 5 days a week with increased hours/days in peak season. Your schedule will include evenings & weekends to meet the needs of our business and customers. What matters most To excel as an Assistant Store Manager at Waxberg's in Niles, IL, you'll need a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years experience in full-service retail or a related field. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally, stand for extended periods, and climb ladders as needed.Experience in shoe retail is a bonus, but not required.
