Description:Real Estate Development and Property Management Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our winning team! The Assistant Property Manager will work closely with all on-site operations including leasing, maintenance, and marketing of our apartment community. Requirements:* Work directly with Property Manager on Financial performance of assigned community* Leasing / occupancy and retention performance* Ensure all rent is collected as due and posted correctly* Ensure all unit, move-in, move-out and other leasing data is entered correctly into the on-site property management software system* Walk vacant units and property grounds* Manage and distribute tenant correspondence electronically, including late payment notices* Manage all maintenance requests and ordering of supplies with maintenance staff* Marketing, schedule appointments, and showing available units.* Community and resident relations Qualifications: * High School diploma, College degree and professional certs a plus* 3+ years minimum experience* Multi-unit apartment, leasing with market rate, vouchers, and subsidies very helpful* Prior experience with real estate property management software (Yardi preferred)* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Entrepreneurial mindset, a self-starter who can function independently, and as part of a small team* Proactive, detail-oriented work habits with a commitment to a high-quality work product* Excellent record keeping and file maintenance* Able to prioritize workloads of staff* Works with a sense of urgency including the ability to oversee multiple projects Benefits package includes: - Medical, Dental & Vision plan options, and a 401(k) program- Paid Time Off- 10 paid holidays- Student loan contributions- Referral bonusesPM19PIf01bcb8b4753-29448-34777163PDN-9c7061e2-dc8f-4bc7-b9a1-3e2be81cc77f
