Duties Provide a fun space for children to learn, grow and explore Help children feel safe, secure, and encouraged Regular and open communication with parents/guardians Support and encourage fellow team members to create a positive atmosphere Requirements Have a positive attitude and reliable work ethic Be able to work Monday - Friday, flexible hours Have a passion for working with children Take CPR/AED training within the first 6 months Have the ability to assist with the implemented curriculum to foster the love of learning - the directors and/or other staff members will provide support with this while your knowledge grows Be able to pass background checks Be physically able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodations Act as a positive role model Benefits A fun, family-friendly work environment Support in all facets of your job Reduced child care tuition for your own children Paid vacation, holidays, sick days, staff meeting time Reliable co-workers Respectful, inclusive, work culture Career path advancement programs Free professional development/training Bereavement leave Starting pay from $13.50/hour
