Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations: Jump in to help the Operating Partner and Assistant General Manager make sure everything runs smoothly. From opening to closing, you'll ensure the restaurant is in tip-top shape and guests are having a fantastic time. Team Leadership: Be a source of support and inspiration for your team. Help with training, guide them to success, and keep the energy high to deliver outstanding service. Guest Experience: Make every guest feel like a VIP. Handle any concerns with a smile and make sure everyone leaves with a happy memory of their visit. Inventory & Financials: Keep an eye on inventory and assist with financial tasks to keep things running efficiently and ensure we're on top of our game. Safety & Compliance: Ensure our restaurant is a clean, safe, and welcoming place for both guests and team members by following all health and safety guidelines.
