We are currently seeking an individual to join our charity fundraising team. We have a structured training program aimed at teaching someone about fundraising and client management from the ground up; therefore, we are not necessarily looking for someone who is an expert in the non-profit or fundraising sector. Here at our company , we work with charities focused on giving back to the community. Through our management training program, we are looking to develop additional account managers to oversee new clients and events. Entry Level Manager Responsibilities: Become well-versed in what our charitable partners’ mission in order to effectively communicate to potential donors Attend fundraising events and be able to speak in front of both large and small groups Build relationships with members of the local community Accept donations from donors on behalf of our non-profit partners and ensure that each donation is notated properly Learn from experienced team members and demonstrate a student mentality Assist in setting up and breaking down fundraising events Attend daily team meetings where initiatives and goals are discussed Management Training Program Key Highlights: Professional development; including daily routines, time management and scheduling Business Operations Budgets, finance, profits and revenue generation Training and leadership development Public speaking HR, compliance, payroll, the onboarding process Inventory Management Client and account management Territory development & management #LI-Onsite Powered by JazzHR
