The ideal candidate will have a passion for emerging tech, marketing, or advertising with excellent communication and project management skills. This candidate will collaborate directly with the digital marketing team, agency partners, and stakeholders to maintain, update, and enhance the website. This candidate is responsible for planning and activating brand and marketing campaigns, product launches, website maintenance, and site enhancement projects.As a Sr. Digital Marketing Associate you will: * Manage the website daily. Perform model year updates, landing page refreshes, creative enhancements, bug fixes, and continuous site improvements. * Review and create business requirements and digital marketing briefs to ensure all product and marketing assets and content on website are accurate and on brand. * Manage business partners to prioritize projects and successfully fulfill business deliverables on time. * Optimize the website user experience on desktop and mobile with attention to detail when reviewing copy decks, wireframes, comps, creative assets, and testing site functionality during QA and user acceptance testing in staging and production environments. Support SEO and analytics needs. * Align website content reviews and approvals to meet brand guidelines and business strategies. * Update project calendars and share weekly status reports with the supervisor and team members. * Collaborate and effectively communicate with teams, regional and field staff, and vendors. * Maintain awareness of current and changing website market trends, consumer attitudes, and opinions to help optimize the Genesis.com user experience with implement relevant best practices. * Develop project proposals to enhance digital marketing processes and customer experiences. * Assist in managing the reporting of KPIs and updating analytic documents. Authority * Access business strategies and product guides; implement projects to support them. * Manage project from conception through completion and sustainment. * Manage agency business partners. * Escalate issues and communicate to management and agency business partners.This is a full-time opportunity, position is 6 months, with strong possibility of going longer. It offers the ability to get the foot in a top company known to move, promote and hire on our top talent. Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. This is an hybrid role, requiring someone who can work 3 days onsite and 2 days from home. The ideal candidate will have: * Bachelors and or Masters degree * 2-4 years of hands on web ops experience specifically * Proficient in the use of MS Office * Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence and/or project management tools * Creative, UX, or Copywriting experience * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Organized and detail oriented. * Ability to work with a variety of personalities.
