Assistant General Manager for QSR/Fast Casual Salary: 22/hr Location: New York, NYI am working with a client who is a fast-casual seafood restaurant looking for a Assistant General Manager to join their team. They are a seafood restaurant renowned for its focus on sustainably sourced products served in a casual and inviting atmosphere. Responsibilities: Responsible for day-to-day restaurant operations Managing and training front-of-house staff to deliver impeccable service and uphold the restaurant's brand image Implementing and enforcing restaurant policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations to ensure compliance and maintain a safe and sanitary environment for guests and staff Assisting with scheduling, payroll, and budgeting processes to ensure efficient staffing levels and financial performance Ideal Assistant General Manager: 2-3 years of restaurant management experience Passionate about hospitality You must be able to lead others and hold your own in a fast-paced environment, all while holding a positive, charismatic attitude You will have experience with labour budgets, writing schedules, and you must be able to develop, mentor, and supervise a team If you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Ashley today Ashley@COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
