With a flair for creativity and a knack for leadership, you'll oversee operations at The Wayward and our event space, making sure everything runs smoothly and our guests leave with unforgettable memories.Responsibilities- Play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of The Wayward and our event space, guaranteeing top-notch service and quality.- Lead, motivate, and mentor our amazing F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.- Partner with the kitchen team to craft innovative menus that delight and impress our guests.- Oversee event planning and execution, ensuring every detail is perfect and every event is a hit.- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance in all F&B areas.- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to keep everything stocked and ready.- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with a smile and a solution-oriented approach.- Develop and implement staff training programs to keep our team sharp and service-oriented.- Work with the F&B and Hotel Leadership team to optimize operations and enhance guest satisfaction.- Bring your creative ideas to the table to continuously improve our offerings and services.- Foster a fun, inclusive, and dynamic work environment where everyone feels valued.Qualifications- Previous experience in F&B management, with a strong background in restaurant and event operations, preferably in a hotel.- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills that shine brightly.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- A passion for food, beverages, and delivering exceptional service.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Thrives in fast-paced environments and effortlessly juggles multiple tasks.- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.- A positive, can-do attitude and a love for creating memorable guest experiences.- High School Diploma or equivalentBenefitsDavidson Hospitality Group is an award-winning, full-service hospitality management company overseeing hotels, restaurants, dining and entertainment venues across the US.
