As an Assistant Director you will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for children. You will assist in managing the day-to-day of the Child Care Center. You will work with the director and staff to develop programs and ensure a Christian Intergenerational environment enhancing individual learning and development. By instilling these values from a young age, you'll help shape their character and positively influence their development.
