The Town of Wellesley Council on Aging is seeking caring, innovative and dedicated individuals to apply for the position of Assistant Director of Senior Services. This position will help to: manage the day-to-day operations; oversee the COA's transportation program; supervise the Volunteer Coordinator and program; serve as IT liaison; monitor the food program; and work with the Director and COA Board on long-term goals and provide important social services to Wellesley's older adult population. The successful candidate will have Bachelor's with 3-5 years of related experience, or any combination thereof. A preference will be given to candidates with a Master's degree. Candidate will be required to become Serv Safe certified within six months of hiring.This is a full-time exempt benefitted position. Salary range is $62,000 - $76,000.
