Responsibilities-Owns and manages either Mechanical or Process Piping construction for greenfield semiconductor factory.-Work as a key stake holder of the on-site Project Management team to plan,organize, and supervise projects from inception through construction,commissioning and close-out.-Maintain productive relationships with internal business partners andcustomers.-Communicate project status to Project Management, Client, internal customersand external parties as appropriate.-Utilize and become proficient in the use of construction management programsbeing considered for use (i.e. Microsoft Project, EXCEL, P6 etc)-Maintain good relationship with Client and trade labor to encourage and enablecraft productivity improvements.-Other duties as assignedQualifications AA or Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering, construction management orother related field preferred. 4 plus years construction management experience. Must have proven successfulprojects in the Construction Manager role. Construction experience, preferablyin the Semiconductor industry, with strong results in meeting deadlines and costrequirements. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the capacity to maintain informationconfidentiality. Working knowledge of building components, mechanical, process piping andplumbing systems Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks preferred Ability to work individually or in a team with minimum supervision inculturally diverse environment. Good working relationship with Trade labor to drive craft productiveimprovements. Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills (oral and writtenPowered by JazzHR
