All employees share the responsibility for maintaining a workplace culture of dignity, respect, understanding and appreciation of individual and group differences.Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science or a related field * At least one actuarial examPreferred: * Experience working in property/casualty insurance or an actuarial role * Programming skillsResponsibilities: * Become familiar with basic property/casualty insurance concepts, data, and actuarial reserving techniques * Support reserving practice area by retrieving/validating data, updating exhibits, and solving ad hoc business problems * Identify and suggest improvements * Communicate results to actuarial leadership team * Collaborate with other actuaries, data scientists, and other team members * Pass actuarial examsBenefits Highlights: Employees who meet benefit eligibility guidelines and work 30 hours or more weekly, have the ability to enroll in Group 1001's benefits package.
