Job Summary: The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans across our SWFL market to achieve our business objectives. This role will involve managing and expanding our current sales team, and ensuring our sales targets are met. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in sales management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Lead, motivate, and manage a local sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in SWFL. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to how we present ourselves. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and business partners. Monitor and manage the sales team's performance, setting clear metrics and accountability standards. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and strategic opportunities to senior management. Participate in industry events and conferences to enhance the company's visibility and network. Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a senior sales management or director role, preferably in the roofing or construction industry. Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
