Earn while you learn! Through the LEAP Program (Lee Education Apprenticeship Program) at Lee Construction Group you will receive hands-on-training, technical instruction, and a paycheck. This apprenticeship program is an entry level general construction carpentry program. It is designed to prepare you with the basic skills needed to succeed in the construction industry. This certification is a four-year program . The program is designed for you to work, be paid, and to study at the same time. Our program is nationally accredited and after completion of the program, you will receive Virginia State certification as a Journeyman Carpenter. The skills learned here will allow for specialization in the fields of Plaster and Drywall, Concrete, and Finish Carpentry.
