My client is looking for an Applications Chemist to join their dynamic R&D team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing, testing, and optimizing chemical applications for products in the semiconductor and printed circuit board industries. The team is comprised of talented individuals who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of manufacturing excellence and delivering superior solutions to our clients.DescriptionThe Applications Chemist will report directly into the Director of R&D and be responsible for: Develop and optimize chemical formulations to meet specific customer requirements and applications. Conduct laboratory experiments and analyses to test the performance and stability of chemical products. Collaborate with the R&D team to innovate and improve existing products. Provide technical support to customers, addressing their needs and resolving application-related issues. Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation of experimental results and product performance. Assist in scaling up production processes from the laboratory to manufacturing. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and innovation. Participate in cross-functional teams to support product development and commercialization.Apply today for immediate consideration!
