The work: Adapt existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems. Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Use considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems. Demonstrate executive presence during frequent upward interaction with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture. Determine methods and procedures for new assignments with guidance. Ensure decision-making positively impacts the team in which one resides. Qualification Here's what you need: Minimum 5 years of combined performance management consulting or corporate experience. Experience must include a solid understanding of the planning function. Minimum 5 years working knowledge and expertise in the performance management function. This may include, but not limited to, data, planning, analytics, and technologies. Minimum 2 years of experience designing and/or developing EPM solutions, preferably Anaplan Bachelor's degree Bonus points if: Experience designing and/or developing solutions with other planning and analytics technologies such as Oracle Hyperion, Cognos TM1, SAP, Anaplan, OneStream, Adaptive, Host Analytics, etc Anaplan Model Builder Certification Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Desire to work in an information systems environment Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
