The Analyst will report directly to the Manager of Benefits Administration in our Calgary Corporate office. Here’s where you’ll be focusing: • Analyze and Process pension adjustments through SAP uploads • Perform store cost analysis, providing financial comparisons between current and future benefit costs, to assist management in decision-making and other financial initiatives • Responsible for analyzing updating and validating annual rate changes in SAP related to extended health care, life insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability benefits • Create and run ad hoc queries/reports to support management, human resources, labour relations, third-party vendors, and other business partners as required • Analyze and reconcile system.
