After School Program Coordinator for Grades 4-6 Eagles Zone at Founders' Campus Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt, Hourly Start date: August 2024 Schedule: M-F, 2:30-6:00 p.m., Following the school calendar Job Summary: Supervise and facilitate the after school program of grades 4-6 students in Upper Elementary. Job Responsibilities: Conduct check-in/check-out, homework club, snack, devotion, indoor and outdoor activities. Qualifications: Leadership, communication, organization, and management skills in relation to working with children in middle school Well developed sense of responsibility Strong communication skills Friendly and patient interactions with parents and students Reliable, consistent attendance CHCA is an Equal Opportunity Employer. MENTAL FUNCTIONS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to compare, analyze, communicate, copy, coordinate, instruct, compute, synthesize, evaluate, use interpersonal skills, compile and negotiate.
