Position SummaryThe Advanced Services Operations Specialist provides expert knowledge and training to theoperations team. This position is responsible for ensuring the successful completion of customer assetmanagement, assisting with customer billing processes, and corresponding customer service inquiries.This role has a strong focus on standardized processes, documentation, and implementingautomation and other process improvements.Essential Position Duties* Execute customer billing and accounts receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness* Reconcile and process customer billings; including, but not limited to contract, consolidated,and subscription billings* Investigate invoices and customer billings to ensure their contract compliance* Answer dealer and customer inquiry tickets and provide high level customer service* Manage customer service KPIs to targets* Responsible for accurate asset management and tracking* Complete process improvement projects with IT and/or other parties (internal or external)* Ad-hoc analysis/reports requested from upper management or customers* Ad-hoc projects requested from upper management or customers* Train internal and external users on best practices* Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize workload while meeting program and departmentaldeadlines* Intermediate office skills to conduct detailed analysis across multiple platforms* Travel may be required as needed* Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner* Additional duties as assignedEducation & Experience* Bachelor's Degree Preferred with emphasis on Financial Analysis and or Accounting* Ability to work and analyze data* Project Management* Problem solving* Cross Functional Teamwork* Customer service focused* Proficient oral and written communicator* Proficient organizational skills* Ability to adapt and change with new processes* Results and detail orientedPhysical Requirements / Working ConditionsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee tosuccessfully perform the essential functions of this job.
