Campus Overview Kettering Health Greene Memorial Kettering Health Greene Memorial, formerly Greene Memorial Hospital, is situated -in the heart of Xenia -where they have been serving -patients from Jamestown, Cedarville, Yellow Springs, Waynesville, and beyond -for over 65 years. - - In 2020, KH Greene Memorial received an "A" from the Leapfrog Group, a national patient safety watchdog, ranking among the safest hospitals in the United States. Accredited by the American College of Emergency Physicians as a Level 3 Geriatric troyke Emergency Department. 49 bed facility KH Greene Memorial was awarded by Healthgrades for: Patient Safety Excellence (2017-2019) Outstanding Patient Experience (2019) Responsibilities & Requirements The Clinical Nursing Supervisor functions as a liaison, resource expert, and consultant to Nursing Service personnel during and throughout an assigned shift. The Supervisor serves as an on-site administrator and facilitates communication between and among patient care providers, physicians, and support service associates. The Supervisor serves as a customer relation representative and as a liaison to the Director and/or Administrator on-call regarding issues related to nursing personnel safety and public relations. The Nursing Supervisor reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager. Minimum EducationGraduate of an accredited school of nursing (NLN or CCNE)Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; candidates considered if working toward completion of degree (must be completed within 5 years). If hired after June of 2010 at KMCS, all other KHN facilities after Jan 2011. - Required Licenses[Ohio, -United States] -Registered NurseLicensed in the state of Ohio as a Registered Nurse - Minimum Work ExperienceAt least three years of experience in clinical nursingExperience in a leadership role preferred - Required SkillsCPRACLSStrong intrapersonal skills
