Columbine Commons Assisted Living/Health and Rehab at Columbine Health Systems , is a 30-bed Skilled Nursing and 60 bed Assisted Living facility. The facilities size makes them a very unique and intimate facility; each staff member gets to know each of our residents extremely well. Centrally located in Windsor, CO at 1475 Main Street, Windsor, Colorado . We are accepting applications for an Activity Assistant for the following: Part-time Saturday and Sunday and one additional weekday $15.00- $16.00/hr. Activity Assistant Requirements Degree in related field preferred but not required; experience in a geriatric setting. Experience working with seniors afflicted with Dementia is preferred.
