Winding Trails Post Acute is Hiring an Activities Assistant! Schedule: Full-time, 11am-7:30pm Monday - Friday At Winding Trails, we're more than just a skilled nursing facility—we're a community of compassionate professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care. Our commitment extends beyond medical expertise; it's about creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere where residents feel like family. What to Expect: * Create and lead activities for patients, engage patients in meaningful programs, work as a Team with the Activities Department. * Participate in discharge planning, development and implementation of activity care plans and resident assessments. * Assist in arranging transportation for residents when necessary including, but not limited to, resident outings, to/from appointments, or for discharge. * Assists in developing a monthly activity schedule for residents, which include resident outings, regularly scheduled group activities, and in-room activities for bed-bound or isolated residents.
