Job Title: Accounts Receivable Reports To: Accounting Supervisor Location: Loveland, CO or Naples, FL Wire Experts is looking for talented, trustworthy, and dedicated people to become part of our growing team. We are adding to our staff to meet increased production goals in accordance with Wire Experts quality, delivery, and safety objectives. We offer competitive wages and excellent benefits! The position does allow for some remote work. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: Cash Applications – Timely and accurately recording revenue and matching the correct invoice, remittance, and amounts. Credit Review – Periodically assessing the customer’s credit profile and making necessary adjustments when needed. Collections – Ensuring the customer follows through making a payment on the agreed upon due date through email and phone. Bank Reconciliation - Matching the detailed amounts of unpaid customer billings to the accounts receivable total recorded in the general ledger. Journal Entries – Accurately prepare journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded. Customer Service – Provide the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers. AR KPI Reporting – Daily tracking and reporting to WEG leadership of the current AR % and cash balance. What We’re Looking for From You: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Solution oriented, strong level of attention to detail and the ability to achieve results by holding oneself accountable, taking initiative and delivering on commitments. Mature attitude and ability to deal effectively in a team environment. Working knowledge or ability to learn ERP financial applications. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, Etc.) and Adobe Pro. 2+ years of relevant AR experience and/or training. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred. Physical Functions: Ability to sit for long periods of time. Ability to see details at a close range.
