Position Summary: The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, has excellent communication skills, functions in a high-paced environment while keeping a focus on details and accuracy and is looking to learn and develop in their career. Reporting to the Controller, the Accounts Receivable Administrator will be responsible for full-cycle accounts payable functions. Responsibilities Responsible for Accounts Receivable functions which include but are not limited to invoice processing, payment tracking, discrepancy resolution, account reconciliation, reporting, documentation and assisting with audits. Generate and send out invoices to clients based on services rendered or products sold. Monitor customer accounts for timely payments and ensure that payments are correctly applied to respective invoices. Researching and resolving any discrepancies or disputes related to payments or invoices. This could involve liaising with other departments or directly with the client. Periodically reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Preparing regular reports detailing the accounts receivable status. This can include aging reports, account status, and trends in payments. Maintaining accurate and comprehensive financial records. Ensuring that all necessary documents (like purchase orders, invoices, and payment confirmations) are filed and archived appropriately.
