Job Duties: Enter and approve invoices from vendors in accordance with approved purchase orders and purchasing policies Complete and enter bills for purchased inventory Preparing payment runs and reviewing vendor listings for accuracy Perform vendor reviews and analysis Reviewing financial data periodically to ensure fairness and completeness of the data. Conducting account reconciliations and analysis. File and maintain accounting records Assisting in ensuring timeliness and accuracy of the AP elements of the financial statements. Assist on special accounting projects and/or other duties, as assigned Practice honesty and integrity Follow all established policy and safety guidelines in a drug free workplace Present a neat and professional image Follow company policies and procedures Job Requirements: Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles concepts, standards and procedures Proficiency in Excel required, including Pivot tables, xlookup (and other commonly used formulas) and queries Excellent written and verbal skills – There will be communication with foreign vendors and so clear and concise communication is important Full-time work in the our Lindon office, between the hours of 8:00 & 5:00 Exemplary work ethic, integrity and reliability are a must Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks concurrently Demonstrates initiative Accuracy and attention to detail Capable of following written instructions and documented procedures Comfortable in fast paced environment Team player who works productively with wide range of people Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills Problem solving and analytical ability Pass a company administered drug test if requested Demonstrate ethical standards and integrity Physical Requirements: Must be able to use hands on keyboard, sit for long periods of time, lift, reach, and climb stairs Stand/walk for duration of work hours Lift/carry/maneuver up to 20 pounds Job Type: Part to Full-time Education: High School Diploma & some school or equivalent work experience Compensation $16 - $20, depending on experience.
