Job Title: Accounts Assistant Location: Rayleigh, Esinteraction Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week, Job Share) Salary Range: £23,200.00-£24,700.00 per year (Pro Rata) Reports to: Accounts Manager Were Kinect Services, a leading Care, Transport, and Training Service Provider based in Rayleigh, Esinteraction on a mission, to enrich the lives of every single individual accessing critical Care, Transport and Training services across Esinteraction and beyond. With a strong foothold in the Home Care; SEN Home-to-School and Adult Social Care markets in our home county, we have invested heavily in the operational team, with a clear growth plan aimed at driving new and existing revenue streams, conducive to a more holistic service offering, between the Care and Transport Business Units. Job Description: A part-time Job Share opportunity has become available for an Accounts Assistant to join the Finance Team. Working closely with the Accounts Manager, you will support the day-to-day purchase and sales ledgers across our Care and Transport Business Units, and play a key role in the functions succession planning strategy. This role provides an opportunity to be completely flexible, in terms of the hours spread over the week, but there may be a requirement for additional availability during the summer holidays, to support with efficient and effective September mobilisation. This role would be ideal for someone seeking a career in accounting and finance, or someone who has recently acquired their AAT level 2 and is looking for a position that offers flexibility, consolidation of learning and an excellent opportunity for further growth and skill development. Key Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining daily financial records and processing transactions. Provide support in various accounting functions including accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
