Various positions available, including, but not limited to: -Office Manager-responsible for daily accounting supervision and various accounting duties and projects -Car Deal "Biller"-responsible for posting the car deal sales into the general ledger -Title Clerk-prepares dealer paperwork for the DMVs -Accounts Payable-posting of incoming invoices and subsequent payment -Accounts Receivable-cash deposits and reconciliation -General Accountant-responsible for reconciliations and accounting entries "Jump" experience with Auto Dealerships a plus, but not required accounting knowledge needed strong sense of urgency and follow-through desire to learn and grow ability to identify, review and investigate problems "Leap" strong attention to detail possess good time management skills must possess a strong work ethic firm understanding of deadline accountability juggling "Soar" Compensation will be fair and commensurate with experience, ranging from $20/hour (less experienced) to $40/hour (experienced office manager) Comprehensive Benefits Package including Health, Dental, Life and Disability Insurance Paid Time Off accrued upon hire On Site Fitness Facilities On Site medical clinic Benefits (Eligibility dependent upon employment status) Medical • Dental • Vision • PTO • 401k • FSA/ HSA/ • Basic Life Insurance • Short Term/ Long Term Disability • Legal Insurance • Employee Assistance Program • Onsite Fit Factories • Employee Clinics Candidates being considered will be subject to a background, MVR, drug screen, and physical exam (if applicable).
