DescriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization. You will play a pivotal role in managing the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytic skills, and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.Responsibilities * Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. * Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP. * Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial operations. * Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting. * Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure their success. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update budgets and forecasts. * Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. * CPA or CMA certification preferred. * Proven experience in a managerial role within the accounting field. * Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards. * Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent analytically and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Education & Experience: * Manufacturing costing experience * SAP experience * Bilingual (English/Korean)
