Our Team:We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Accounting Manager to join the controllership team The ideal candidate will be a thorough professional with advanced experience in accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliances filings and with proven leadership experience. As an accounting manager you will lead a small team of experienced accountants. Your team will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records for various legal entities as well as global accounting activities and the timely completion of any statutory compliance requirements in the relevant jurisdictions. The role will report to the Director, Global Accounting and Shared ServicesWhat You Will Do: :Lead the accounting close process for various legal entities and global accounting activities, ensuring timely and accurate preparation and recording of financial transactions, account reconciliations, financial flux analysis and schedules for management reporting.:Ensure timely completion of all statutory compliance requirements for the legal entities under responsibility.:Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (SOX, US GAAP) and be responsible for documentation and monitoring of internal controls for areas of responsibility.:Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.:Foster a collaborative and work environment, promoting collaboration and professional growth.:Find opportunities for process improvements in areas of responsibility and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.:Conduct ad:hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed to support decision:making across the organization.:Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.:Assist in other finance functions as needed.Your Qualifications:At Vista, we are striving to hire individuals that add new ideas and perspectives to our teams and enhance our culture. You might be a great candidate for this or other opportunities. :Bachelor's or higher degree in accounting; CPA certification or working towards acquiring a CPA certification required.:Proven experience as an accounting manager in a publicly registered company with global operations.:5+ years of proven experience in accounting/finance department.:2+ years of leadership and people management experience.:Thorough understanding of accounting theory /framework (US GAAP / IFRS).:Advanced knowledge in statutory compliance areas such as direct and indirect taxes (CIT, US sales tax, VAT).:Strong analytical and problem:solving skills.:Ability to independently complete multiple time:sensitive tasks.:Highly organized with close attention to details.:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.:Experience with SAP or similar:sized ERP system and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Why Youll Love Working Here: There is a lot to love about working at Vista.
