Accounting AssociateJob Title: Accounting Associate Basic (1-3 yearsLocation: Newark, DEDuration: 3 months of ContractRate:$ $22.76/ hr on W2Description: Performs accounting functions which require knowledge of accounts payable and receivable as well as bank reconciliation functions. Answers customer inquiries. Researches problems and/or complaints. Creates and edits spreadsheets. Ability to act as a lead Work with front office, clients, counsel, and operations to settle Third Party assignments Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients/counterparts Manage trade portfolios across various lines of business Review Loan Syndications and Trading Association (LSTA) standard documents and other legal documents Review and understand Credit Agreements, specifically Assignability Language Identify and escalate issues to the front office, in-house legal counsel and management Prepare daily/weekly reporting to track the status of open items and identify risklooking for transferable skills: good time management, ability to prioritize detailed oriented person motivated and eager to learn self starter with initiativeInterested candidates please send resume in Word format Please reference job code 223775 when responding to this ad.
