We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented accountant to help keep our financial information in order and up to date. You’ll be in charge of bookkeeping, producing financial reports, and recording accurate information in QuickBooks. If this sounds like you, we highly encourage you to apply. Benefits: • Vacation Time• Sick leave• Health/Dental/Vision Insurance• Employee rate for hotel stays around the world• Same day pay Responsibilities: • Process accounts receivable and accounts payable in a timely manner• Manage payroll duties to ensure employees are paid on time• Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial statements• Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct daybook, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger• Complete bookkeeping duties: Data entry and record maintenance Qualifications: • Must possess exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills• Worked previously with basic accounting systems, QuickBooks, and Excel• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field• At least 2 years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a cost accountant, management accountant, bookkeeper, or related position• Exceptional knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 About Company: Began as a small company with a single hotel and one man’s vision to create a luxury experience accessible to everyone.
