Key Responsibilities: Effectively manage assigned book of business and collaborate with internal teams Develop and deploy client benefit packages, assist with renewals, and coordinate client communication Support client relationships through proactive communication and strategic level interactions Required Qualifications: 3+ years' experience in account management or consultative role Prior experience in broker agency or benefit administration firm Current Life and Health license Thorough knowledge of health and ancillary products Bachelor's Degree preferred
