Job Description The Account Executive is pivotal in developing and nurturing new long-term relationships between Sock Club and key decision-makers and stakeholders. This role is central to our dedication to elevating the customer experience and driving new business growth. The Account Executive is responsible for guiding clients from their initial inquiry through the production of their first order. They will also qualify new contacts and accounts to determine the appropriate sales pipeline while also building account profiles and mutual success plans to streamline the onboarding process for new clients. We are looking for an exceptional and seasoned candidate with a deep understanding of sales and the sales process. The ideal individual will possess outstanding communication skills, a collaborative spirit, a results-driven mindset, and time management proficiency. Responsibilities Understand customers’ business needs to establish a strong partnership relationship with enterprise and mid-market clients Maintain a thorough understanding of Sock Club’s products and sales process with a strong ability to align value and close deals Expertise in creating value with prospective customers at the appropriate Director and VP-levels, and aligning Sock Club’s product suite to meet client needs Identify and grow opportunities for increased revenue Collaborate with the sales leadership and our Product and Marketing teams to build prospecting email campaigns and sales outreach in order to drive adoption of Sock Club’s products Serve as the primary point of contact for each of your new accounts, with responsibilities including onboarding, order completion, and handling/resolving escalations Forecast and track account metrics and opportunities against actual revenue collected Some travel for client meetings and conferences Experience 3+ years sales experience Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales KPIs and performance goals Experience with the Distributor and Promotional Products industries a plus Knowledge of Hubspot CRM, reporting, and sequences Benefits Unlimited PTO policy Health, dental, and vision benefits package 401K Match Casual and upbeat office environment Hybrid work week: In office Tuesday-Thursday Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 Total Compensation Includes Base Salary + Commission Unsure about your qualifications?
