Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a(n) Accessibility UX Program Manager Position type: Contract. Duration: 6+ Months Contract (could potentially go longer depending on business need) Location: (Hybrid)- San Francisco, CA The Ideal candidate will have Experience with Strong working knowledge of Accessibility space, UX Program Manager, product management As a(n) Accessibility UX Program Manager you will: Minimum Qualifications BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. Demonstrated and experienced program management skills, with the ability to lead complex strategic and operational initiatives. 5+ years of Program Management experience. Experience with accessibility. Familiarity with UX design, user research, and/or user centered development with the ability to help drive impactful work across UX organizations. Desired 5+ years of program management / product management experience in the Accessibility space Experience with assistive technologies such as screen readers, refreshable braille displays, magnifiers, switch access, head tracking, or voice control. Familiarity with design systems and accessibility documentation Good understanding of UX design principles Experience managing product and front-end engineering. Ability to build strong relationships, work effectively cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Focused on the long term objective of making accessibility part of the integral product development process. Exemplary communication skills with strong presentation skills, able to represent the purpose and importance of accessibility from product and technical perspectives, and relate to audiences of all levels in the organization.
