What it takes to be our ABBYY OCR Architect: .NET development experience, specifically in C# Experience with OCR technologies, preferably ABBYY Proficiency in developing and consuming web service endpoints (REST, SOAP) Strong process design and implementation background SQL expertise, especially with Microsoft SQL Server Familiarity with ECM industry practices and products Scripting skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience integrating third-party solutions Diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities in Windows Server environments Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, etc.) Lean and Six-Sigma training preferred Independent leadership in project discoveries and strategic recommendations Workflow configuration within selected toolsets Test plan creation and execution Excellent communication and facilitation abilities Initiative, independence, and commitment to quality Collaborative team mentality What your day will look like as an ABBYY OCR Architect: Design and develop custom process solutions to meet customer needs Code solutions within software products (e.g., scripted extensibility, standalone applications, web services) Collaborate with customers and third-party contractors throughout project lifecycles Create and execute test plans and scripts, manage development, and oversee deployments Ensure system stability and timely issue resolution Manage project lifecycle, including testing, bug fixes, user acceptance testing, and monitoring Mentor customers on relevant technologies Develop and maintain project documentation for administrators and end users Provide administrator training and end-user support Naviant Culture: Our employees enjoy a work culture that promotes open communication, sharing knowledge, taking initiative and responsibility, understanding our customers, providing innovative solutions, and valuing a work-life balance.
