WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE? As an ABA therapy In-home Therapist |Registered Behavior Technician - RBT, you get to work right in kids' homes. Your job? Roll out behavior plans, track how the kids are doing, assess their needs, and team up with other pros. Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you help kids build skills they need for daily life, both at home and out in the world. With all the tools and support you provide, you boost their learning and behavior every day. Each day, you're helping us all move forward together! Plan to work full- or part-time anywhere from 8 AM- 8 PM Monday through Friday and some Saturdays may be requested. WHO ARE WE? With locations in Georgia, Arizona, and Massachusetts, we help our clients meet their goals and reach new heights. We work with children from ages 2 to 18, helping them and their families learn vital skills that impact their development. WHAT'S NEEDED FROM AN ABA THERAPY IN-HOME THERAPIST |REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN -RBT We're looking for someone who can work flexible hours, while meeting the following qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of ABA therapy, paraprofessional, childcare, teaching, special needs, or other relative experience with children Experience working with individuals with special needs or disabilities Ability to obtain a CPR/BLS certificate Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Having your RBT license would be awesome but it's not required.
