Independent Insurance Agency in the Miami area is looking for an experienced Individual who has worked in any type of Property & Casualty lines. • No sales involved• Coordinate client payments and cancellations• Liaise between clients, sales representatives, and other staff members to develop solutions to client issues• Manage customer service inquiries via telephone• Facilitate communication between all parties to resolve issues quickly and efficiently• Monitor and maintain client information in software systems• Utilize strong computer skills, particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and stay current on industry trends• Demonstrate effective telephone customer service skills Responsibilities:• Coordinating client payments and cancellations is one of the key responsibilities of the 440 Licensed Customer Service Representative in Miami, FL, US.• The representative is expected to liaise between clients, sales representatives, and other staff members to develop solutions to client issues.• Managing customer service inquiries via telephone is another important task for the representative.• Facilitating communication between all parties involved to resolve issues quickly and efficiently is a crucial responsibility.• It is essential for the representative to monitor and maintain client information in software systems.• Providing support with Commercial line experience is a requirement for this role.• Strong computer skills, particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel, are necessary for the representative to effectively perform their duties.• The representative should demonstrate the ability to work independently and stay current on industry trends.• Effective telephone customer service skills are expected from the representative.
