You will train and support personnel to meet business demands while partnering with Sanitation, Production and Maintenance leadership on personnel issues, hiring, training, evaluations, and corrective counseling. What Impact Will You Have On Our Business: Be responsible for food safety and quality for all products and facilities. Mentor maintenance and sanitation supervisors and be the main contact for all 3rd Shift teams including sanitation, maintenance and production. Assure compliance of all regulations and corporate policies. Promote continuous improvement in processes to improve safety, cost effectiveness, and product quality. You will ensure the reporting of ingredient usage and labor figures for proper costing and recall requirements. Lead 3rd shift teams on break down and set up of all manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production startup. Share metrics with supervisors to promote continuous improvement.
