With access to resources necessary to become a successful business professional, you will develop your leadership capabilities working alongside a diverse group from Universities across the country.WHEN: The formal program begins depending on graduation date: January 2025 or June 2025 startsNote: On-going employment after graduation from this program Throughout the program, you will participate in challenging projects, mentor with experienced professionals, job shadowing, and attend formal leadership development workshops designed to set you up for professional success. Most importantly, you'll gain real-life experience and explore what it's like to work as part of an organization that exemplifies people, performance and possibilities with the opportunity to demonstrate a commitment to our values of integrity, creativity, teamwork, passion and excellence.The Credit Analyst will Support:Commercial and Industrial Banking Group which includes Companies with Revenues > $20MM across general and specialized industry coverage. Credits in the portfolio are principally underwritten on a cash flow basis with a mix of investment grade and non-investment grade equivalent credits. The position includes support of both new transaction approvals as well as ongoing credit monitoring activities.What we are looking for: We're looking for graduating students who are not only top-performers, but who also have leadership experience, an entrepreneurial mindset and are passionate problem solvers. You may be a fit for this program if you meet certain eligibility requirements, including: College Degree from a 4 year College or University or equivalent Completion of an Accounting course GPA of 3.0 or higher is required Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, leadership and organizational skills Ability to self-motivate and work independently An interest in working in Commercial Business Banking To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
